We offer in-person sessions in Denver Metro Area and online coaching to clients worldwide (currently available in United States, United Kingdom and Australia).
Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your program. Longer and shorter sessions will be provided based on programming we decide upon. For Elite tier package, 24-hour access to Coach Ryan is part of the service provided.
For fitness coaching, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and towel. For wellness consultations, bring any relevant medical information (including recent doctor’s orders if any) and be prepared to discuss your goals.
Yes, we provide customized wellness programs for businesses and organizations. These include group fitness sessions, stress management workshops, and more.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a session charge.
We accept payment via Stripe Payment Processing (debt, credit and ACH payment options available), and packages will be purchased through our Stripe Invoicing.

Part of our requirements is your 100% commitment to the programming provided, otherwise results will vary. If you change the coaching guidance we provide, you change your results.
We do not believe in strict dieting. You will hear our coaches ask, “What does the first three letters of “diet” spell? Instead, we encourage balanced, healthy eating habits that you can maintain long-term. Your nutrition plan will be flexible and tailored to your lifestyle.
We use a combination of physical assessments, body composition analysis, and progress photos, along with regular check-ins to monitor improvements in fitness and well-being. We have our Project FRESH Lifestyle App (available on both Android and Apple) as our hub for keeping track of all these stats. This App is provided to all clients at varying levels based on purchased package.
Yes, all of our programs include personalized support from your coach, who will adjust your plan as needed to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
